Daiwa BG Black LT

The first reel in the BG series to espouse Light & Tough technology remains true to the series’ celebrated strengths, but becomes more compact, maneuverable and responsive.

The body is constructed of super-strong, torsion-proof aluminum, while the clutch is a powerful Carbon Automatic Tournament Drag: thanks to carbon discs, it is able to maintain excellent performance even under the most critical conditions, as it suffers less from the effects of overheating caused by long and demanding fights.

The wide variety of available sizes (from 3000 to 10000) make the BG Black LT a versatile and multi-purpose product, suitable for different techniques and contexts: in the smaller sizes it finds ideal use in shore-based spinning, both in freshwater and at sea, while the medium and large sizes can be used for a wide variety of techniques: from bolentino, light drifting, heavy spinning from shore or boat, to challenging sturgeon fishing.
